Detroit Real Estate Photographer | 4231 Taggett Lake Drive

If you had not noticed, my blog is being blown up with real estate sessions this week. Needless to say, I've been behind in blogging and am finally catching up {kind of!}.  I promise portrait sessions will start to appear on the blog again soon - I have a ton of those to post as well.  In the meantime, here is another RE session.

This gorgeous property is a listing I did just this week - 4231 Taggett Lake Drive.  I could not believe this house is over 10 years old.  I thought it was built within the last few years, that's how well kept it is.  With ranch homes hard to come by these days here in metro Detroit, I do not foresee this place being on the market long.

Detroit Real Estate Photographer | 3885 Lake Front

This truly has been the summer at the lake!  I think I have photographed at least 5 different lake houses this summer - and I've loved every minute of it! This beautiful listing, 3885 Lake Front, is on Cass Lake outside of West Bloomfield.  I know I've said this before on my previous lake house listings, but I could totally see myself living here.  The views of the lake bring feelings of peace and tranquility - who wouldn't want that?!

Detroit Real Estate Photographer | 7060 Lake Shannon

I fell in love with 7060 Lake Shannon as soon as I saw it!  It's everything you could want in lake living! Beautiful views, lots of trees, great floor plan, prefect entertaining space - did I mention the views?!  I even got to ride on a boat for this session!

Detroit Real Estate Photographer | 39073 Horton Drive

This summer has been filled with real estate shoots! With the housing market on the rise here in Metro Detroit, it is no wonder properties like 39073 Horton Drive are starting to appear on the MLS. This property has the ultimate outdoor living and entertainment space! An in-ground pool, multiple tiered decks, tons of patio space, a built-in hot tub and more! What's not to love?!

South Lyon Portrait Photographer | 2014 Miss Farmington Pageant

Pageant season has arrived once again in the city of Farmington, Michigan.  This year's pageant brings 7 beautiful and talented young ladies together to compete for the crown and title of the 2014 Miss Farmington. The pageant will be held at the historic Farmington Civic Theater on Wednesday, July 16th.

As many may not know, the Miss Farmington Pageant is a personality pageant, focusing on strengths in character and hometown pride rather than beauty alone.  Like many pageants, it is a scholarship program and awards the winner with funds good towards their college education.  The Miss Farmington organization focuses on community service in Farmington and strives to better the city for all to enjoy.

The 2013 Miss Farmington, Kristina Franchi, will be handing over her crown and title to one of these young ladies soon. Be sure to come out and show support for these girls the night of the pageant.
